What are/where you doing when it stopped?
What device are you playing on?
What internet connection are you using? Have you changed the connection? From WiFi to 4G or 3G, different WiFi?
What other trouble shooting steps have you taken?
Hard close? Restart?
Deleted the FB app?
Tried connect to FB via browser rather than the app?
Deleted permission for FreePlay on the FB app and tried to re-connect it?
