My game Sims Free Play crasches

I do not know that To do. I am at level 55 and god so far but one day I went to look at The Beach house .. and then 2 sims jumped iin and 2 pets and the Teddy bear. I can not get them and tried and then the game crasched. I can not get in again and I have restart but nothing helps. I am not sure IF I had Dave IT in the cloud. The is next uppdate ? That vill maybe help ..?..I do not know that to do!
