Life Points Went Missing

I just bought a box of Life Points for $9.99 and my game crashed. It's been crashing off and on since last night. I read on another website to uninstall the game if it keeps crashing and to reinstall the game. I did that and when I got my game back all my life points were missing. I had a total of 110 and now I have nothing and I am out of $9.99.
Can someone please help? I love this game and now this makes me want to cry because I lost money.

I personally can not sign in with chrome, so you might need to try different browsers

If you'd just lost the LPs from your latest purchase, I'd suggest you contact the store you used to get it back, Google, Apple or Amazon
but since it is all, my recommendation is to contact Firemonkeys
