okay so listen I really enjoy playing my sims Freeplay but the problem is that my phone broke and that's where I played my game on and I didn't get the chance to sign in and save my progress I really miss my sims can anyone help id very much appreciate it <3

When you say that you did not sign in and save, does that mean you did not connect your game to FB or Game Center at all?

Do you know your Player ID? Every SimTown have an unique number to help EA to find lost games, it can be found if you hit the green 3 dot button (for me on Apple it is at the bottom of the screen) along with the Cloudcell Device ID number

If you do get your game back, I suggest you screen cap your ID numbers.
