I need help figuring out how to paint a picture in my neighbors town.. I'm not connected through facebook I don't have one so I don't know if that's why or what but I need more neighbors!

Hi there, my guess is if it's anything like the practice speech quest, you will need to find a neighbour with an art easel, and I think the only way to do that is create a fb account and friend the person, irl over facebook, then go to their sims house and paint (u probably figured that out by now, but yeah)  if it helps,, I'm in desperate need of a mirror and am willing to become fb friends if u make an account/ and have a mirror,, one of my sims has an art thingymajig too,, for ur painting quest.  I'm legit willing to buy other stuff to put in my sims house for other quests, if need be ( or anyone, seriously I just wanna have a convienant neighbour for these quests)  but yeah, if anyone wants a mutually beneficial neighbour for the sake of these sims quests,  let me know
