Answers HQ is a place for players to share their game experiences and help each other. For the issue you are describing, you will need to get help from The Sims FreePlay, Google or Apple support.

Could you check in your Purchase History if transactions appear twice?

 

iOS (Apple App Store)

Visit this link to view your iTunes Purchase History on a computer with iTunes.

 

Android (Google Play Store)

Visit your Google Wallet.

 

If transactions appear once but you are being charged twice, please, contact Apple or Google support. If transactions appear twice, but you are only getting LP packs once, please, contact The Sims FreePlay support
