Could you check in your Purchase History if transactions appear twice?

Visit this link to view your iTunes Purchase History on a computer with iTunes.
Android (Google Play Store)
If transactions appear once but you are being charged twice, please, contact Apple or Google support. If transactions appear twice, but you are only getting LP packs once, please, contact The Sims FreePlay support.
