Can you elaborate more. Are you referring to the tasks associated with a quest? What quest is currently active?

I don't know how long, especially since it's was the weekend. Did you get a confirmation email with a ticket number and a link. You can go to the link to check the status of your ticket. You can also message them from that link if you haven't heard anything in a week.

If you put in a request through the form and did not get an email with a ticket number then your form probably did not go through. I would advise you fill out the form again.
