wiped my computer

I had to wipe my computer and lost everything on it. but when I tried to reinstall sims3 on it from the cd it said that the code had already been used. But I was the only one to use the code before. and I'm not sure what to do because I do not want to buy a new game.

if some one could help me, that would be great!

Don't reinstall from the CD. Reinstall from your Origin account. Open Origin, log into you account, and you should see all your Sims games there available to download.
