the sims 3 dragon valley wont install

I cant get the sims 3 dragon valley to install on my laptop. I have the base game and all the other expansion packs and they have all installed no problem. what is wrong with this one?

was it from the sims 3 store you bought it ? you redeemed the code in your the sims 3 account and download then installed dragon valley ? what browser are you using ? google chrome and opera have issues downloading from the site switch to IE or firefox then download from your purchase history then you will find dragon valley in the +new game in the drop down menu
