@Kieshabrown3605 I'm sorry, I don't know anything about playing TS3 on a console. I asked around, and it seems none of the other regular helpers do either. So all I can offer is a suggestion to hard reset your Xbox.
It should also be noted that the online features of TS3 are no longer available for consoles, so if you've been trying to access them, that may explain why the game isn't loading. Vut you should still be able to play offline.
