I have the sims 3 installed on my computer from a long time ago where i used the disc, i now no longer have the disc but The Sims 3 shows up in my Game library on Origin. I try to play the game and at the screen on Origin where it says "Play", the button is darkened and won't let you press play.
My sims 4 game works fine though! I wanted to call customer service but I looked everywhere online and can't seem to find a # . Can anyone help with this?

Then you'll get the option to live chat; phone calls are available during business hours, which will vary depending on where you're calling from.
For your specific issue, though, the first thing to try is clearing Origin's cache or uninstalling it "the hard way."
If that doesn't help, you may need to manually uninstall TS3, clean your computer's registry with a tool like Piriform's CCleaner (free download), and reinstall it via Origin. Even though Origin is supposed to respect disc installs, that doesn't always work.
Hi thank you for your reply! When i went through contact us it sent me here, but i never thought, it is Sunday, I know I was able to call a month ago when I installed Sims 4 so maybe tomorrow other options will show up when I try. Thanks for the help!
