incredibly annoyed ive been trying all afternoon to get my sims 3 bundle to work but after the launch screen it just goes black then does nothing! has anyone elses done this? any advise please?!

Mine has been doing this the last couple days, I have deleted all CC and when that didn't work I uninstalled all the games and reinstalled them, and it's still not working. It's really frustrating.
