Hi, I have the sims 3. But the serienumber doesn't work. I've tried to make a new account but the serie number is from another account. So I tried to get to my original account and it succeeded. Now the serienumber still doesn't work. What can I do about this?

the code is tied to your original account and cannot be used on a secondary account even if it is our own account
