registration code

hello

So i bought the sims 3 today and i tried to install it via Orging, but then when it came to the registration key

Orgin said that my registration key has already been used... which is kinda weird because i bought the game today

I really hope you can help

On the blue installation screen of the game or in Origin itself ? Did you buy the DVD or Origin version ?
