redeem code for sims 3 seasons

Hello Please can anybody help me, i have recently purchased the sims 3 seasons expansion pack. installed the game and registered it on the sims 3 web site,just like all my other expansion packs. Upon entering the redeem code into the correct area on the web page, i get an error basicly saying the code has already been entered. Normally when entering the code it re-directs you to the download area to download the free content,in this case the Ice Hotel thing. This did not happen,im unable to contact EA direct,as i cannot find any contact e-mail etc just this forum etc........please does anybody know anything to help ?????
