I bought the sims 3 ambitions and pets online, but before I could get my product number, the page from my order confirmation close. I can't find my product code and I don't have it in my order history and not in my email confirmation either!!!!!!

Check on the origin client.

Right click on the game and choose Show game details. The code should be there

If it's not there, log out and back in and/or restart Origin
