problems with sims3 games since they consolidated my games

I am having serious issue's with my sims 3 ever since they consolidated my games in my library. All my content from the store is no longer downloaded, all my families are gone, and it is saying that I don't have outdoor living and I do. I tried the repair game on outdoor living but something went wrong and it wont cancel the repair, I cant uninstall it. I was able to repair into the future but it wont download because of outdoor living repair is still running. The sims 3 game launcher says I have outdoor living. I don't know what to do. I hope someone can help me.
