please help me with geting my simpoints

I bought a 20 dollar ea card so I could get simpoints... but when I log into the sims3 store it says sign in again for security reasons I do this and all it does is sit there and load it never goes any further so now I have 20 dollars just sitting there can someone please help me its so stressful. is there a problem with the sims store?

i'd try clearing the internet cache also if your using google chrome try switching to IE or firefox
