my code for sims 3 has been redeemed and i can't play my games

my account for origin has lost my sims 3 games plus when i go to put the code back into Origin it's says my code has been redeemed plus this all happened just from loseing my password if u guys could please help me i be glad to have all my sims 3 games back thanks [edit: email address removed]
