Hi we bought the disc sims 3 and downladed it played with the pets extension too> unfortunately laptop had to be re built. e cannot find the disc, but do have the original serial number for the item> is it possible to download the game using the original bought serial number or do i have to buy it again ?

You can register the code on Origin and download without having to buy again.
