in the sims 3 game my game says that i need a registed game but i have

than go to ur noticeboard by clicking ur avatar in the tab

 than if ur in my noticeboard go to profile and change ur avatar  (just edit ur avatar in the game not on the website  and look if it change if it dont change try it againg)

now look at my games u will see that they are there

this will force the game to load everything from ur account so than sees the game that u registed games

and than u can close the tab and such and u can play or u can send ur sim on tour

In THE right top corner of ur screen is a box here u have different tabs try to find a sort of chat tab (player updates) than go to notie board (this is located inside that tab middel left if im right) click ur profile picture after this u get a new window in THE game here u go to ur profile in that window and change ur avatar (just edit ur avatar in the game not on the website and look if it change if it dont change try it againg)


NOTE:
When i typed this i was on phone (so i dont know if i explained iT right) later i do iT on pc to make a text to help u but
