my sims 3 game says that i dont have a game registed in game but i have on the sims 3 community i have but in game it says that i dont have it and if i want to register a game i already registed on the site it says that i have a wrong code but that is true bacause i already registed it on the site but if i look in the game i see no games i registed n my profile when i look in the game
i need a registed game to let my sim go to tour (the sims 3 showtime) but i have it registed but in my game it says not
please can anyone help me or even if EA this sees can u do something about this

if u have this problem go to ur profile in game u do this
by clicking right up ur screen in the playerupdates tab
than go to ur noticeboard by clicking ur avatar in the tab

Thank you for the solution
There was one more step that I had to do. After clicking 'update', I also had to click the 'refresh' button. Then, just like magic, all my games appeared.
Couldn't have done it without your excellent help.

That is all an outright lie telling peeps to hit the orange contact button, there is no more online chat for sims 3, believe me I have tried all hours of the day and night for 3 weeks on 2 accounts and each have two tickets running. Each time it said under 5 minutes, I have waited up to 3 flipping hours with no response what so ever. They are ignoring anything for sims 3 period! So don't waste your time.

@tntterry try clear the internet cache and or switching browsers if using safari,opera or chrome try IE (except for Macs don't use I.E )or Firefox
