I'm getting frustrated because I cant play sims 4 I tried to update it but its saying that the download has been paused I have no clue on how to un pause it can someone help

@kalimarie12349  Did you try to leave Origin open and let the computer be idle - It should start again by itself unless there is a problem like not enough free space or other issue.  In Origin in the lower left is a download bar - try clicking that to restart the pause.
