Could you be a little bit more specific as to what is not working ? Are you getting any error messages ?

i figured out how to get it to start i had a viris got my laptop fixed the game would not save so i unloded then reloded now it wont update says thers no updates but there are and it wont start from the launch window so how can i fix it
