I bought The Sims 3 Pets and the Sims 3 Town Life Stuff on 6/9/2015 but it does not show in 'my games' or on my desktop. What is the solution?

Hover your mouse over the base game in your games library then click on the i in the little pop up window. You should now be taken to all the additional packs for the game.
