computer crashed, costum content off!!!

Some months ago i cashed my free simpoints at the sims 3 store. I bought some costum content and installed it. Some weeks later my computer crashed and it got to be installed from scratch. I also had to install the sims 3 again and so all my custom content went off. I couldn't even find it on my account in the sims 3 store and i had no more simpoints, but my game was still registered. Can i get my Simpoints back somehow? Please help me!

Did you check your purchse history in the Sims 3 Store. Everything you buy can be redownloaded from there.

From the menu choose --> Store --> MyAccount

 

You'll be promted to log in (again)

 

On the left hand side in the menu you should then se Purchase History

 

 

If it's not there, you need to contact Customer Support.

They can be found here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

You have the option to contact them by mail, phone or Live Chat. For Live Chat, make sure to choose US as your country.
