@shanellr82 Try clearing Origin's cache, and if that doesn't work, uninstalling Origin "the hard way" and reinstalling. (Be sure to restart your computer after each.)

If these don't help, you'll need to contact EA customer support and ask if your codes are still active. Some third party sellers have been known to provide bad codes, and EA deactivates these codes when its accounting catches up, even though the players usually have no idea that there's anything wrong with their content. The only way to find out if that's happened to you is to ask a support rep to look at your account.
