can't download the sims 3 seasons

Hi, I pre-ordered The Sims 3 Seasons on the 08 November 2012, and now on the 16 November 2012 I am unable to download the game, it has popped up in the game library on origin but says that it is not yet released underneath saying (you successfully pre-ordered the sims 3 seasons limited edition), it is a greyed out icon, just wondering it you could help me?

Log out and back in in Origin.

If it's still not availble, contact Customer Support
