Why have everything gone?

Hey, I really enjoy playing the sims, I don't know what to do:

Every time, I log on, my money seems to have disappeared, not only that, I can seem to change sim, the sim option seems to have disappeared, I tried making a new game, which I did, but the next time, I logged on the same thing disappeared. I have tried the same websites that you have suggested, but to be honest I don't understand half of what was saying. Is there any way you can help me?

Do you happen to play game with Mods?  If so, remove the Mods folder from game and try to log on and play. If after this you can play the game just fine, its the bad mods in folder that is causing your problems. Use S4S to help clean out bad mods. Hope this helps. Happy Simmin

@Stampy1705  Is your computer a pc or mac? If you have a pc does it have Windows 10?
