Why can't I register any of my games?

I was able to register my first three sims games, but now I have three that pop up with an error every time I try to register, saying that I've either enterred the code wrong, it's already been registered, yada yada. I've purchased it online and I'm putting the code in correctly. What's wrong??

if it doesn't, contact Customer Support so they can take a look at your account to find out what's going on

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the option so show up.

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
