Why can't I go any further with my Sims 3 EA Download?

II'm trying to Download Sims 3 on my computer. I was able to Download it before on my computer, but now i cannot. It keeps stopping and Saying vvv (Below). 

"File: D:\Caches\Sunset Valley.objectCache" 
"Error: Data error (cyclic redundancy check)."

I tried to re-install again, I looked up Videos/Articles to see if there was something and I couldn't find anything. So if anyone could please help me it is Greatly appreciated, I just want to be able to play again.

Here's a few tips on that. The DVD ones don't apply to you of course but I put them anyways if someone else has the issue.

I'm getting a CRC error when installing

Cause

This problem can have many different causes.

• Problem with the DVD
• Problem with the DVD Drive
• Conflicting Software
  • Paragon NTFS
  • Metakine DVD Remaster
  • Roxio Creator
  • CD emulation software like Alcohol 120%, Nero Image Drive, Clone CD oder Daemon Tools
• Pausing the download of the game while getting it trough Origin

Solution

• Update your DVD drive firmware
• Exchange your DVD
• Clean your Registry with CCleaner
• Defrag your Computer
• Turn off your AntiVirus program
• Copy the contents of the DVD to your desktop and install it from there
• Download a copy of the game through the Origin and install that. You don't need to rebuy the game, just enter the serial code of the DVD Version
• Remove conflicting Software from your Computer
• If you have problems with the download version, try the following
  • Log in to the Origin.
  • Click on the red x in the upper right part of the Sims 3 download to clear the Origin cache.
  • Redownload The Sims 3; do not pause the download.

does that actually work the origin thing when you put the serial code in and you can play it digitally

test has to do what you said to me because it has worked! if you can hear me before you install the sims 3 I defragmented PC with Ccleaner and then I did the cleaning!
