Where to buy the Sims 3 Pets online?

Hi everyone.
I would love to buy the Sims 3 Pets, but the problem is that I can’t seem to be able to buy it on the official Sims 3 site.
I have found several websites that offer a download link for about 10€.
Is it legal to buy the game off these sites? If not, where can I buy the game?

@SimNienke  The Sims 3 PETS is in the EA Origin store. The only authorized EA seller that can sell the games and codes is Amazon. Other vendors can sell the pack as a disc version sealed with the code. The software on the disc is out of date but what you are paying for the the activation code. Redeem the code in Origin and get the digital download version.Some Ebay vendors are selling codes - EA may deactivate these codes as if they are not authorized resellers they can not sell codes. I buy mine from Amazon and have never had an issue.
