Had to leave after an hour of waiting, constantly said 5 mins. Now in another queue of 30-35 mins.

I tried and the chat window changed to a 404 error. Why? Did they remove their live chat service?

I don't see the chat system?

not sure if you can help but im am not getting anywhere with phoning or getting an advisor to call me my sons FUT is locked and dont know how to sort it

click on the next keep going and filling for example click on help with a game select a game in the menu you might have to scroll all the way down the page to select the contact us select your platform for example PC then hit next keep going until you find the chat now button

try the live chat option it could be a trusted device issue but really is best to contact CS but MorningTimeCloud may have a soloution if it a device issue
