I hope you can help me out on this one, it seems quite tricky.
I bought and installed the EA Classics Version of The Sims Medieval + Expansion.
First of all I couldn't install the expansion, my computer says the expansion-cd is empty.
After that I tried redeeming the game codes on Origin. Origin told me to log in to https://store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html and redeem my code there.
I logged in but the only option I found for redeeming any code was 4 letters short.
So could you please tell me what the hell I'm supposed to do and why I'm unable to redeem an EA-Game into Origin, built and supported by EA, and instead get a message to redeem it somewhere on this site, which is about Sims3 and not the Sims I bought?
