What Can't I Download My Store Purchases? [ Edited ]

I have bought TWO sets with points, but, no matter how many times I try, it will not download. It was working earlier today. What's going on. Either download them, or ,redeem the points I've spent. You can contact me at xxx-xxx-xxxx.
