I recently attempted to make a purchase for buying new sims product but for whatever reason it kept saying my card number was invaild even though it wasnt so I just gave up. Then I noticed you guys charged me for $1.00 WWW.EA.COM/CS that came up on my bank statement saying its not going through till Monday the 10th. Anyway you guys can help out?

The following is to inform that appeared in my bank account that you charged me a fee of $43.00 dollars twist in total $86.00, unauthorized, I donot where it came from this collection. I do not buy anything from his shop, authorities are investigating this, as this could be a fraud. if you took this money in error, please back to me. my phone number is <removed for security reasons> please Talk to me in Spanish.
