Uninstalling Troubles. Need Help

When I try to uninstall the program this keeps showing up, what can i do?

by the way this is for The Sims 3 70's 80's and 90's

Try manually uninstalling the game as described here: https://help.ea.com/article/manually-uninstalling-the-sims-3

Vista is a serice pack 2 (SP2) now. If this is so you need to update Vista. There is a program called revo uninstaller (there is a free version). Manually removing the pack may not restore registry links and corrupt the game. Here is a link to manually uninstall a pack - uninstall
