Unable to download purchase history on new computer

I have a lot of things in my purchase history that I want to download onto my new computer but when i click download it doesnt do anything at all

I have installed the latest patch for my sims game and restarted my laptop several times but it still wont work!

any ideas? :robothappy:

What browser are you using ?

Did you try firefox (usually works best) ?
