Trouble with store content [ Edited ]

I downloaded a sweater outfit called "Green" which requires me to have content from the sims3 store. I downloaded that content but my game tells me I don't have what is necessary to download the item in the attached pic - which is what is required for the item I originally wanted. What am I missing (besides a better way to describe this problem)?

Don't worry, I could understand the problem

Could you go to the launcher of the game and check the game version in the left bottom corner? As an example, my version is 1.69.43.024017 right now.
