Transferring from an old computer to a new one?

Hello,

The computer I was playing my sims on is kaput. I am getting a new one this week, and would like to use my sims game on the new computer. However, I know that with codes you can only register it once. Is there a way to unregister or remove it from the old computer so that I may use the same disc and code on the new computer?

yes you can install again  you don't need to  to re-register though you  just use your old account or if you hae your games registired on origin download the digital versions of your games
