Transfer my sims to a new computer from a broken one

I just bought a new Mac but never attempted to switch my games onto it but now my old computer with all my sims games broke. It won't turn on. Could I transfer the games through origin? My mac also dosent have a CD player I still need to by a separate thing for that.

download Origin to your Mac make sure to get the Mac version once downloaded and installed log into the Origin with the email and password you use for your account if you have your games registered the digital version will be there to download and install right clcikthe game icon download also the layout in Origin has changed the games are merged into one
