Tired of Sims 3 not working [ Edited ]

Can someone please help me?? I have played Sims 3 for years and NEVER had any problems. Now all of a sudden nothing wants to work. A few minutes after loading the neighborhood the game either closes with "The Sims 3 has stopped working", or the screen just goes black with the error message "A Serious error has occurred it is recommended that you restart the application". Ive restarted, it does the same. I have deleted all CC, uninstalled and reinstalled everything, turned off my Antivirus and it worked the first time. But when i launched the game the second time, everything happened again. My system info:

Hello,

I would start by updating your graphics drivers, which can be found here.

I've noticed that you are running a 32-bit version of Windows, which means you can't use all of the 4GB of RAM installed in your system.
