Bought the sims3 Dragon Valley and have not received the email serial

did you check your email provider spam folder?  Did the transaction complete?

if you bought the world through the Origin Store, you'll be sent a code which you need to redeem at thesims3.com (NOT on Origin or your code becomes invalid).

I had no problems with email because I bought 3 expansions and received only 2, was missing dragon valley but do not know how to solve this problem, whom complain

So you received codes for your other EPs (20 digits ones) but no for DV (which should be a 16 digit one)

 

If that is correct, get in touch with a customer support game advisor for a new code

  4. Describe your issue with a few words

  8. Select Platform: PC
  9. Click Find solution
  10. Scroll down and click I still need help
  11. Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor
