On Thursday, 9th June 2016 EA did an maintenance on the Sims3 Community Site.
Since then, the exchange isn't working properly anymore.
When you try to view details from the upload in exchange, you get blank pages,
so you can't see before, what you might load into your game.
There is also an repeating issue, that members can't login over the
Sims 3 launcher, not able to login from the game, not able to login
at all. Launcher shows an error-message.
But the community-page and the store/purchase history are
connected.
I would appreciate, how we can get Origin connected with the
Sims3 launcher again.

Good morning.
The Problems seems to be solved first.
The exchange issues were fixed and
after several times of restarting my computer
I was able to log into the Launcher again.
Thanks for your help. ☺

@liesemietze This is a very strange issues as when I go to Exchange either in the office or at home all of http://www.thesims3.com/ (Exchange included) is working fine for me, but I have seen other reports of this not being the case
Would you mind using CCleaner to clear out any cache and registry issues?
If the issue remains, could you check if the same issue happens with different browsers?
Thanks!

Thank you for your answer. I used CC-Cleaner several times and fixed the registry.
I reinstalled Origin, for not being able to log in. It worked for two days, at this moment
I can't log into the launcher one more time.
Sure, you can view the uploads on exchange, but try to view the details of an uploaded
Sim or lot. You will see only blank pages.
I'm not the only one, in fact, it happens to all of us.
In Us-forum there is a lively discussion about it, but no solution yet.
We were told, the service team is investigating.
But the most urgent problem is, not being able to log in over the launcher,
it kicked me out one more time.

@liesemietze Ah now I get it, sorry for the confusion! Thanks for the clarification - being unable to view details on the exchange is an issue we aware of and are working on a fix.
As for the log in issues, can you at the moment log in in-game or do you get the same error? Also have you tried to restarting your computer and router to see if that helps? This could be some kind or weird connection issue ...
Let us know how you get on!

At the moment, I'm correctly logged in in Origin and
at the sims3 community site also.
I rebooted my internet connection and opened the launcher again.
As before, it shows a blue screen, where usually the commercial is placed.
I tried to upload a sim, and the login appears.
When I tried to log, it says
adress or passwort isn't known.
I didn't change a thing as just one hour
before, as I was logged in properly.
Unfortunatly, my game crashed and
after that, I was kicked out couldn't log in again.

I have the same problem. I can login on the Sims 3 launcher and in-game, but not on the store website.
I also have blank info pages and can't download anything from either the store or the exchange pages.

"The website can not display this page
Most likely causes:
The site is currently serviced.
The website contains a programming error"
That is, what appears, when I open the Sims3 Launcher.
I almost messed up my game, because all my sets for my Ep's
were gone. I hadn't seen that in first case and started my game.
That sure must be, why my game crashed again and again.
Perhaps it is a temporarely issue, that appears from time to time.
At this time, the launcher is still not working properly for me.
At least, I did my settings again. Hopefully my game will work now.

I have the same problem, and it's not working for me yet.

I am having the same issue with logging in. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Sims 3, also uninstalling all my downloaded content and restarting my computer and router. I am not sure what else to do to get it to work?
