The sims 3 Dragon Valley and Monte vista - Already used key

I bouth Monte Vista and Dragon Alley today, but when I tried to enter the serialnumber it said that it was already used? 
The games were totally new and wrapped in plastic, so it's not used.

FAQ store worlds and how they work there is a guide in there in how to redeem the codes in your the sims 3 account the world is downloaded from your the sims 3 account purchase history , if you redeemed the codes in origin first then you may get or have an invalid/used code if that happened to your code you'll need to contact CS
