The collection helper reward is stuck on my mouse cursor
I tried to reset my sim but doesn't work at all.
can't pick it up and even I can't click anything from the fist mouse cursor. I moved to Monte Vista recently, so I don't want to move to a new world again. Is there any solution for this please?

Yes I restarted my computer next day and tried one more time but it was the same. Eventually, I saved my household in Edit Town and moved to new Monte Vista, then I was able to move and drag it everywhere. Only one solution I got was moving to a new town.

This is really weird... I guess you already tried but just in case - have you tried to restart the game? Is still stuck even after that?
