The Sims Exchange will not work..

Everytime I click the "add to game" button my internet redirects me to an error screen that says "this webpage cannot be displayed" and underneath that for "most likely causes" it says:

Some content or files on this webpage require a program that you don't have installed.

anyone know how to make it work? Thank you.

It might be that you do not have Java installed on your computer. You can learn how to install Java on your computer here:
