The Sims 3 won't let me log in.

My Sims 3 launcher will not let me log in. I am trying to download some store content that I've bought and when I click "download", the log in pop-up comes up. I type in all of my information (correctly). The message then disappears and re-opens. If i try logging in from the game loading screen and it says my password/email is incorrect even though they aren't. Though sometimes when at the game load screen (where you pick your family) it logs me on automatically with no problem. Any help? D:

have you tried logging into the sims 3 store through your browser and clicking to download the items from your purchase history there? does the launcher allow that, or does it still insist you aren't logged in?
