The Sims 3 registration- Never recieved 1,000 simpoints

Hi I registered my Sims 3 game long ago, but never recieved my 1000 simpoints! I am reaching out and hoping for some excellent customer service! please HELP! thank you

Here's how to redeem them: https://help.ea.com/article/redeem-your-serial-code-in-origin

If you don't have that, you need to contact Customer Support.

They can be found here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

You have the option to contact them by mail, phone or Live Chat. Make sure you have a game, a category and a platform selected for the options to become available.

For Live Chat, make sure to choose US as your country.

Where did you register the game? was it through ts3.com?

if so, you should have on your my page (before it was a gigantic orange button) the "Redeem free simpoints" option (it is also found on your store account options)

Did you ever do that?
