The Sims 3 redeemable Quantum Power Pack and Dark Industrial Set codes

hello... I recently received your limited edition Sims 3 EP, but unfortunately while I was going through my emails, I accidentally deleted the one with the codes to redeem it's bonus content, the Quantum Power Pack and the Dark Industrial Set... I think there was a third on there, but I don't remember, is it possible to get a new email with new codes?

Could you tell me the name of the email header? I can't find the one I was supposed to get and I'm not sure I even got the email.

I pre-ordered the download version from gamestop , and it's first time I pre-ordered this way so I don't know what email I should be looking for. (I also use gmail and they somewhat recently split the inbox into three separate categories so I'm not even sure i'm looking in the right place =[   )

I pre ordered the game expansion into the future many months in advance and when the game was released I tried to download it and it was no-longer there. I contacted EA help and they told my my purchase order failed and I need to re-order the game and I would still get the pre-order limited time sets. However I did this and I only received the dark industrial set not the quantum power pack set. I was really looking forward to this set and am a little upset that this happened. Can anything be done?

the dark industrial set is the preorder bonus from origin the limited edition ITF expansion pack should have two codes one for the game and one for the quantum power pack set if you got the disk the game code will be on the back of the b&w leaflet  the code for quantum power pack set will be the other leaflet

if you bought the digital download you should have received two codes  log into your origin and check if you got the limited edition or the normal edition if the normal edition there is no code for the quantum set  in some cases it takes 24 hours for all the emails to be sent out check your emails again to see if the code is there if not then contact CS again
